Migrant Worker Held for Selling ‘Ganja-Chocolates’ in Ooty

Ooty:The Ooty police have nabbed a migrant worker for selling ‘ganja-chocolates’.
The town west police, during regular patrolling in the bus stand area on Friday, spotted a person moving in a suspicious manner. Interrogation revealed that he was in possession of chocolates in good numbers. Further investigation found that the chocolates were laced with ganja powder.
The cops arrested the person identified as S. Ansari, 28. He came to the hills a few years ago and was engaged in construction works in the town limits here. Ansari developed the technique of making chocolate by mixing ganja which he procured clandestinely from his sources and sold the ganja-mixed chocolates in town limits. The cops are holding further investigation to nab others involved in this ganja trade.
