Tiruppur: Addressing a consultation meeting at the Dharapuram election office regarding preparations for the Dharapuram by-election, DMK deputy general secretary Kanimozhi said just like Chief Minister Vijay called DMK leader MK Stalin Sweet Uncle, she would like to call the former, "Dear Younger Brother Vijay".
Kanimozhi said the TVK government had not implemented poll promises, while law and order and power situation had deteriorated as also safety of women and children.
She said the CM was silent about the conduct of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, though Stalin and leaders of several parties had issued statements complaining about his conduct.
