THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Opposition Leader in the Kerala assembly, Pinarayi Vijayan, missed his flight from Delhi to Kozhikode on Saturday.
He was scheduled to depart at 2:50 pm, but couldn’t board the flight despite reaching the airport. The confusion reportedly arose when airline officials didn’t arrive to escort him from the VIP lounge. Officials from Kerala House had come to the airport to see him off. He is currently staying in Delhi and is expected to take a 7:15 pm flight to Kannur instead.
