Kerala: VSDP Leader Claims He's Still With NDA

Thiruvananthapuram: Vaikunda Swama Dharma Pracharana Sabha (VSDP) chairman Vishnupuram Chandrasekhar on Monday refuted the claims made by opposition leader V D Satheeshan regarding his party joining the Congress led UDF in Kerala.

Chandrasekharan claimed that he is still part of the NDA holding the positon of state vice chairperson. "Let them make public if I have submitted any application to join the UDF" he said and added that he was ideologically inclined to the Sangh Parivar.

The VSDP leader, however, expressed his annoyance with the NDA alleging that his organisation has not been given its due.

Meanwhile, Satheeshan said Vishnupuram had himself held talks with a couple of Congress leaders including hin and expressed his desire to be part of the UDF. "I don't know why is he reacting in this manner now. We had made it clear that all the new entrants will be made only associate members of the front," he said and added that it was upto the VSDP leader to take a decision.
