Mysuru: Husband Strangulates Wife, Two Daughters

Police are investigating the reason for Harish, working with a vehicle recovery unit of an insurance company, taking the extreme step to alleged murder of his wife and two daughters before he resorted to hanging but suspicion is that he might have taken the drastic step over growing financial difficulties

BENGALURU: A husband allegedly died by suicide hanging after he allegedly murdered his wife and two daughters through strangulation by covering their mouth and nose with adhesive plasters used for pain relief at their house in New Maruti Layout of Hunsur taluk in Mysuru on Tuesday. Police identified the deceased persons as Harish (39), his wife Nischita (37), Raksha (8) and Naksha (4).

A couple of days back, Harish sent his mother to her parental house.

Police said they have recovered a death note from the house. Hunsur police registered a case and investigations are on. Superintendent of Police Mallikarjun Baladandi visited the spot.
