Karnataka Minister D. Sudhakar Passes Away At 66 Following Lung Infection
His last rites will be performed on Monday at Challakere in Chitradurga: Reports

BENGALURU: Minister of Planning and Statistics died on Sunday following health complications over severe lung infection. He was 66. D. Sudhakar represented Hiriyur Assembly seat in Chitradurga.
After he contracted a lung infection, Sudhakar was treated at a private hospital, however, he did not respond to the treatment and breathed his last on Sunday at around 3.15 am.
His last rites will be performed on Monday at Challakere in Chitradurga. In Bengaluru, his mortal remains were kept for public viewing before being transported to his native place in Chitradurga. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar among others, offered condolences over the death of Sudhakar.
