Four men from Hindupur Mandal in Andhra Pradesh lost their lives and another sustained injuries in a tragic road accident near Amarapura Cross.
Raichur: Four men from Hindupur Mandal in Andhra Pradesh lost their lives and another sustained injuries in a tragic road accident near Amarapura Cross in Devadurga Taluk during the early hours of Friday.
According to police, the victims were traveling in a Bolero pickup vehicle heading towards Shahpur in Yadgir district to purchase sheep when the driver lost control and crashed into the side of a bridge near Amarapura Cross.
The deceased have been identified as Nagaraj, Soma, Nagabhushan, and Murali. The driver, Anand, was injured in the incident and is currently undergoing treatment.
Gabbur Police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the cause of the accident.
