Shortly after takeoff, the passenger suffered severe chest pain, intense shivering, and uneasiness, leading to her fainting and completely losing her pulse. Dr Nimbalkar, a trained medical professional seated nearby, immediately took charge. She quickly assessed the situation, directed the cabin crew, and administered CPR while continuously monitoring the woman's vital signs for approximately 1.5 hours.
