Daughter, Stepfather Held in Bengaluru Mother's Brutal Murder

Seven people, including Yuvika and Naveen, are arrested.

Hyderabad: Archana Reddy, 42, was murdered near Hosa Road, Bengaluru, in a conspiracy allegedly involving her daughter and second husband. The attack occurred as Archana returned home with her son after voting in the gram panchayat elections.

Police say Archana's 21-year-old daughter, Yuvika Reddy, was secretly involved with Archana's second husband, Naveen, a gym trainer. After Archana discovered the affair and cut ties, disputes over finances and property arose.
Yuvika and Naveen, upset by Archana's refusal to divide property, allegedly plotted her murder with five accomplices. They ambushed and killed her in front of her son, who survived.
Seven people, including Yuvika and Naveen, are arrested. Police are investigating if it was a contract killing. The case has shocked Bengaluru, raising questions about family trust and morality.
