CISF Jawan Killed in Road Accident During Leave in Karnataka
Jammu-posted CISF personnel dies in Mangaluru while returning after submitting documents related to the SIR exercise.

Mangaluru: A 42-year-old CISF personnel, who was home on leave from his posting in Jammu, died after his motorcycle met with an accident near KPT on National Highway-66 in Mangaluru.
The incident occurred on Wednesday afternoon.
The deceased has been identified as Seetharam Gowda, who was serving with the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) at the Central Jail in Jammu. He had returned to his village on leave on July 3.
According to a complaint lodged by his wife, Seetharam had visited his native village at Koyila on July 7 to submit documents related to the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise. On July 8, Seetharam was riding his motorcycle from Koyila towards Mangaluru. At around 3.40 pm, when he reached near KPT on NH-66, he met with an accident and sustained grievous injuries.
Traffic East police have registered a case and are investigating the circumstances leading to the accident.
