Bommai Mocks Rahul Gandhi Being Hailed As Nyay Yodha
Responding to a question about the Andhra Pradesh government's reported invitation to the aerospace industry, Bommai asserted that it will not shift out of the state
Gadag: Haveri MP and Former Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai took a swipe at Congress leader and Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, questioning the logic behind hailing him as ‘Nyay Yodha,’ (Justice Warrior) by the AICC’s Backward Classes Department.
His comments came in response to a question from reporters in Gadag on Tuesday about the Congress party's Backward Classes Committee projecting Rahul Gandhi as a crusader for justice.
“No one knows whom Rahul Gandhi has given justice to. He is being hailed for an unknown achievement with an unknown title. I wish him well,” Bommai remarked sarcastically.
Responding to a question about the Andhra Pradesh government's reported invitation to the aerospace industry, Bommai asserted that it will not shift out of the state.
“Aerospace technology has been in Karnataka for the last six to seven decades,” he said.
