Bengaluru: Husband Strangulate Pregnant Wife To Death
Police identified the deceased as Manoj, a carpenter and his wife Swapna, both natives of Uttar Pradesh. They shifted to Bengaluru in search of work.
BENGALURU: A four-month pregnant woman was allegedly strangulated to death by her husband using their pet dog’s leash at their house under C.K. Achukattu police station limits of Bengaluru on Thursday before the husband took the extreme step to end his life to hang himself at the house.
Police identified the deceased as Manoj, a carpenter and his wife Swapna, both natives of Uttar Pradesh. They shifted to Bengaluru in search of work.
Police came to know about the deaths after neighbours alerted them the couple had kept their door locked and were not seen since morning. They suspected something foul since the couple in recent days constantly in arguments which they noticed for a while.
The argument between them is said to be over Manoj’s unemployment. Police suspect the regular arguments might have made Manoj to end the life of his wife before he took the decision to commit suicide. C.K. Achukattu police investigate the case.
