YSRC Stages Protest in Nellore, Seeks CBI Probe Into Mega DSC

Nellore: The YSRC on Monday organised a protest rally in Nellore demanding a CBI inquiry into alleged irregularities in the Mega DSC teacher recruitment process.

A large number of unemployed youth and job aspirants participated in the rally, which began at VRC Centre and proceeded to the collectorate. Protesters raised slogans alleging irregularities in the recruitment process and sought an investigation into the conduct of the examination.

The protest was led by Kakani Govardhan Reddy, Parvathareddy Chandrasekhar Reddy and Anam Vijay Kumar Reddy, YSRC Nellore Rural in-charge. The leaders paid tributes at the Ambedkar statue before joining the rally.

Addressing the gathering, Chandrasekhar Reddy alleged that the Mega DSC recruitment process lacked transparency and claimed that nearly 3.5 lakh candidates had been affected by irregularities. He demanded a CBI inquiry into the recruitment exercise and sought justice for aspirants.

Later, YSRC leaders and representatives of the party's youth wing submitted a memorandum to the District Revenue Officer (DRO), seeking a CBI investigation into the alleged irregularities.

The party also demanded a judicial inquiry into the recruitment process and urged the government to address the concerns raised by candidates.
