YSRC Accuses Coalition Of Harassing Employees
Addressing the media on Thursday, YSRC employees and pensioners’ state wing president Nalamaru Chandra Sekhar Reddy alleged that registration of cases is one-sided.

VIJAYAWADA: The YSR Congress has strongly objected to the remarks against party president and former chief minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, stating that instead of responding to his pointed questions, the coalition government and police officers' association are taking sides. The party also claimed that unrest is growing among government employees by the day.
Addressing the media on Thursday, YSRC employees and pensioners’ state wing president Nalamaru Chandra Sekhar Reddy alleged that registration of cases is one-sided. He cited the recent attack on the residence of Prasanna Kumar Reddy, saying that the police only acted after Telugu Desam filed a complaint.
He further claimed that this biased approach is not new and alleged that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has historically been anti-employee. Sekhar Reddy pointed out that interim relief has not been granted, dearness allowance arrears are pending, leave encashment has not been processed even for police personnel, and medical reimbursements remain unpaid.
He also criticised the government for failing to fulfil poll promises. “There is no job creation, no support to employees, and despite numerous cabinet meetings, no relief measures have been announced,” Sekhar Reddy said.
He added that anganwadi workers are in distress and alleged that TD leaders are profiting through the transfers of employees.
