YSR Remembered On 17th Death Anniversary
YS Jagan Mohan Reddy paid tributes to his father Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy at Idupulapaya on his 17th death anniversary.
Former chief minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy paid tributes to his father and former chief minister Dr Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy at his memorial in Idupulapaya on Wednesday on the occasion of his 17th death anniversary.
Jagan Mohan Reddy visited the YSR Ghat at Idupulapaya with his family members and offered floral tributes. He placed a floral wreath and observed a moment of silence in memory of his father. He also participated in special prayers conducted by religious leaders.
His wife Y.S. Bharati, mother Y.S. Vijayamma and several YSRC leaders and workers were present.
Several leaders and followers recalled Dr Rajasekhar Reddy’s contribution to the welfare of people, particularly his initiatives aimed at improving the lives of farmers and making education and healthcare accessible to the poor.
