YS Jagan Congratulates Padma Awardees, Including Cine Actor Balakrishna

Vijayawada: Former chief minister Y.S. Jagan extended his warmest congratulations to the distinguished personalities from the Telugu states who have been conferred the prestigious Padma Awards, recognising their extraordinary contributions to their respective fields and bringing immense pride to the region.

He applauded Dr D. Nageswar Reddy for his trailblazing advancements in the field of medicine, Nandamuri Balakrishna for his iconic contributions to the arts, K.L. Krishna for enriching literature, and Madugula Nagaphani Sharma for his dedication to preserving and promoting art and culture.

The former CM also commended Manda Krishna Madiga for his tireless advocacy in public affairs, Miriyala Appa Rao (posthumously) for his invaluable contributions to the arts, and Vaddiraju Raghavendra Acharya Panchamukhi for his exceptional work in literature and education.
