Vijayawada: CM N. Chandrababu Naidu to Attend First Mission Karmayogi Workshop
The workshop will bring together senior officials and heads and faculty of training institutes from seven states and Puducherry.

Vijayawada: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will attend the inaugural regional workshop of the Capacity Building Commission’s (CBC) Sadhana Shrinkhala 2026 in Vijayawada on September 29 and 30.
Union minister of state for personnel, public grievances and pensions Dr Jitendra Singh will also participate in the two-day workshop, which will bring together senior officials and heads and faculty of training institutes from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Puducherry.
The workshop is part of the nationwide Sādhana Shrinkhala 2026 series, aimed at transforming government training institutes into strategic capacity-building institutions under Mission Karmayogi.
The CBC said the regional consultations would focus on institutional governance and leadership, operational effectiveness, collaboration, faculty and competency development, and adoption of digital and emerging technologies.
The consultations will contribute to a Training Institute Transformation Framework that incorporates the needs and experiences of states and training institutions, it said.
The initiative will be anchored by the Unified New-Age National Training Initiatives (UNNATI) portal, launched during Sādhana Saptah in April.
The portal connects more than 700 training institutes and is intended to facilitate collaboration, institutional visibility and data-driven improvement.
Sadhana Shrinkhala follows Regional Task Force consultations, Sādhana Saptah held from April 2 to 8 and a national summit in May.
The workshops will subsequently be held in other regions, with their recommendations feeding into the final transformation framework.
