VIJAYAWADA: Two IndiGo flights bound for Hyderabad from Delhi and Mumbai were diverted to Vijayawada airport early on Friday due to dense fog and poor visibility in Hyderabad.
Airport authorities said the flights landed safely at Vijayawada, where refuelling was carried out. After receiving clearance from Air Traffic Control, the aircraft later resumed their journey to Hyderabad.
Officials said passengers had to wait for some time, but no complaints were reported.
