Tirupati–Raxaul Express to Run as Regular Service from Monday
The train will run via Renigunta, Kadapa, Guntakal, Raichur, Vikarabad, Secunderabad, Kazipet, Mancherial, Bilaspur, Ranchi and Chittaranjan before reaching Raxaul.
Tirupati: The South Central Railway will launch regular services of the Tirupati–Raxaul Express from Tirupati railway station on Monday, providing direct connectivity to Raxaul Junction in Bihar.
Railway Station Director Mohana Krishna said the train, which had been operating as a special service, has now been introduced as a regular express with train numbers 17433 and 17434.
The train will run via Renigunta, Kadapa, Guntakal, Raichur, Vikarabad, Secunderabad, Kazipet, Mancherial, Bilaspur, Ranchi and Chittaranjan before reaching Raxaul.
Covering about 2,795 km, the service will connect Tirupati with major destinations across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Bihar. Officials said the move would ensure continued rail connectivity between Tirupati and eastern India.
