Three IPS Officers Transferred In Andhra Pradesh
Senior IPS officer Madireddy Pratap, who was serving as the Director General of the Andhra Pradesh State Disaster Response and Fire Services Department, has been transferred and appointed as the Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Road Safety Authority

The reshuffle was formalised through GO Rt No 1413 issued by the Chief Secretary to the government, K. Vijayanand.
Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh government, in a minor reshuffle of IPS officers, issued transfer orders affecting three senior officers on Friday. The reshuffle was formalised through GO Rt No 1413 issued by the Chief Secretary to the government, K. Vijayanand.
Senior IPS officer Madireddy Pratap, who was serving as the Director General of the Andhra Pradesh State Disaster Response and Fire Services Department, has been transferred and appointed as the Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Road Safety Authority.
In his place, P. Venkata Ramana, Director of Fire Services (Technical), has been entrusted with the full additional charge of the post of Director General, AP State Disaster Response and Fire Services, until further orders.
SV Sreedhar Rao, who was awaiting posting, has been appointed as the Superintendent of Police, CID, filling an existing vacancy in the department.
In his place, P. Venkata Ramana, Director of Fire Services (Technical), has been entrusted with the full additional charge of the post of Director General, AP State Disaster Response and Fire Services, until further orders.
SV Sreedhar Rao, who was awaiting posting, has been appointed as the Superintendent of Police, CID, filling an existing vacancy in the department.
