NELLORE: Telugu Desam is gearing up to host its prestigious annual conclave – Mahanadu – as a three-day festival from May 27 to May 29 in Kadapa district, announced Endowments minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy.
Addressing a joint press conference at his camp office in Santapet, Nellore, alongside MSME minister Kondapalli Srinivas, Ramanarayana Reddy said the event will celebrate the spirit of Telugu people.
“Mahanadu is not just a party event—it’s a festival of democracy for Telugu people across Andhra Pradesh,” he underlined.
The endowments minister announced that 10,000 members from Atmakur constituency alone will participate in the conclave. “I an inviting every leader, worker, and supporter of the party to attend,” he stated.
According to Ramanarayana Reddy, the Day 1 and Day 2 on May 27 and May 28 in Kadapa will include internal discussions among key party representatives on implementation of the election promises and policy matters.
Day 3 on May 29 will feature a massive public rally, bringing together TDP workers from all over the state.
The event will conclude with TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu’s keynote address, which will lay out the party’s direction and future vision.
The Endowments minister described Mahanadu as a “yellow festival,” symbolising the unity and strength of the Telugu Desam Party.
