TDP Announces LS Constituency Presidents and General Secretaries
Naidu’s major organisational overhaul aimed at strengthening the party at the grassroots level through a calibrated social engineering strategy.

Vijayawada: Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Supremo N. Chandrababu Naidu on Saturday announced the appointment of presidents and general secretaries for the party’s parliament constituencies.
Naidu’s major organisational overhaul aimed at strengthening the party at the grassroots level through a calibrated social engineering strategy.
The revamp places strong emphasis on inclusive representation, Naidu said, and stated that of the 25 LS constituencies' president posts, 14 have been allotted to leaders from Backward Classes (BCs), Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs) and minority communities.
Women’s representation has also been significantly enhanced, with five women appointed as LS constituency-level presidents. These were Mojooru Tejovathi, Gadde Anuradha, Panabaka Lakshmi, Gudise Krishnamma and Gauru Charitha Reddy.
The appointments reflect a conscious blend of senior and junior leadership to ensure experience-driven guidance alongside youthful energy. Four sitting MLAs, Badeti Radhakrishna, Mukku Ugra Narasimha Reddy, Gauru Charitha Reddy and MS Raju, have been named as constituency-level party presidents.
Recognising the political importance of select constituencies, the TD leadership has assigned senior leaders to such segments, appointing Beeda Ravichandra Yadav for Nellore, Gadde Anuradha for Vijayawada and Panabaka Lakshmi for Tirupati.
In the Godavari districts, posts were distributed strictly in line with social equations. Leaders such as Manthena Ramaraju from the Kshatriya community, Jyothula Naveen from the Kapu community and Guttula Sai from the Setty Balija community were appointed as constituency-level presidents.
Party sources said the exercise gave priority to loyalists and incorporated feedback from party leaders and grassroots workers.
