TD Steadfast In Following Dharma, Says AP Party President

VIJAYAWADA: Telugu Desam state office in Mangalagiri celebrated Sri Krishna Janmashtami with grandeur and devotional chants on Saturday. TD AP state president Palla Srinivasa Rao offered special prayers to an idol of Lord Gopalakrishna, underscoring the timeless relevance of the God’s message.

Addressing a gathering, the ruling party state president observed that Sri Krishna stood as an unwavering champion of dharma, ensuring justice WITHIN society. “The eternal wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita is continuing to guide humanity across generations. Telugu Desam too is steadfast in following that very path,” he underlined.

Srinivasa Rao highlighted the state government’s initiatives under the leadership of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, saying the administration had ushered in an era of good governance. He maintained that 90 per cent of the Super Six electoral promises have already been implemented, reflecting the government’s sincerity.

In particular, the TDP state president welcomed the launch of Sthree Shakti Free Bus Service, calling it a lifeline for lakhs of families and a testament to the government’s commitment to women’s dignity and safety.

Those who attended the celebrations included former MLA Ashok Babu, senior leader Paruchuri Krishna, party general secretaries, other leaders, cadres, and their families.

The Janmashtami event at the TDP state office concluded with distribution of sweets and books to children, triggering joy among the assembled kids.
