Student Poojitha Feted for Representing Sarvepalli in Mock Assembly

Poojitha was the only student chosen from government schools in the constituency and delivered a speech as the BC welfare minister

Nellore: ZPP High School, Krishnapatnam, and Adani Foundation’s Utthan Educators on Thursday felicitated Class IX student Karipaka Poojitha for representing the Sarvepalli Assembly constituency at the Andhra Pradesh Mock Assembly Session held in Amaravati as part of Constitution Day celebrations on Wednesday.

Poojitha was the only student chosen from government schools in the constituency and delivered a speech as the BC welfare minister. The mock session brought together 175 students from across the state, with Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, HRD & IT minister Nara Lokesh and other dignitaries witnessing students enact the roles of MLAs, ministers and the Speaker.

Headmistress P. Sarala and Utthan Educators had mentored the student, helping her overcome stage fright and prepare her address. Adani Krishnapatnam Port Ltd. CEO Jagdish Patel congratulated her, stating that such initiatives promote constitutional awareness and nurture leadership among young learners.
