NELLORE: Telugu Desam Party (TDP) senior leader and Sarvepalli MLA Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy has made sharp remarks on X, alleging that former chief minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and his associates are upset over Google’s investment plans in Visakhapatnam, while all sections of people in AP have welcomed it.
The MLA said a simple Google search for “6093” reveals details of Jagan Mohan Reddy’s jail term. Chandramohan Reddy claimed that even in Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy murder case, CBI has identified the culprits through Google Takeout technology.
“Google has exposed the secrets of Jagan and his batch. That is why they are angry with it,” Somireddy wrote.
The TD MLA further alleged that Jagan Mohan Reddy plundered thousands of crores in the name of his father and the latter’s record of corruption is now public knowledge. Calling Google’s ₹1.33 lakh-crore investment in Andhra Pradesh a major milestone for the state, Chandramohan Reddy credited Minister Nara Lokesh for his efforts in attracting the tech giant to the newly formed state.
