SADAREM Slot Booking to Open From Today

Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh government will open slot booking from July 8 for disability assessment and issuance of disability certificates under the SADAREM (Software for assessment of disabled for access, rehabilitation and empowerment) programme.
In a statement on Tuesday, the health department said slot bookings for the July-September period would be available from Wednesday. Applicants dissatisfied with the initial assessment can seek two additional disability tests through the prescribed appeal process.
The department said blockchain technology has been introduced to secure the database of persons with disabilities, making records tamper-proof and enabling authorities to detect any attempt at manipulation.
Officials advised applicants not to rely on brokers for disability assessments or certificates and urged them to use only the official booking system.
