AP CID’s Special Investigation Team (SIT) has served a notice to former MP V. Vijaysai Reddy to attend the inquiry into the AP liquor scam case at its office on Saturday, July 12.

SIT sleuths have already questioned the former MP earlier. They have again called him for questioning in the case.
In a related development, the ACB court on Thursday held hearing on the bail petitions filed by Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy (A 38) and Venkatesh Naidu (A 34) in the AP liquor scam case.
Subsequently, the court announced that it will hold the next hearing on July 15 for Chevireddy and July 16 for Venkatesh Naidu. Both the accused are currently under judicial remand.
