Second Ramco Plant To Boost Employment: Janardhan Reddy

KURNOOL: Roads and buildings minister B.C. Janardhan Reddy assured that efforts are under way to establish a second Ramco Cement unit in the Banaganapalle constituency, which would significantly enhance employment opportunities for local residents.
Later, Janardhan Reddy, along with endowments minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy took part in the renovation and consecration ceremony of the Sri Lakshmi Narasimhaswamy temple in Kolimigundla on Wednesday.

The temple underwent a complete renovation (Jeernoddharana) at a cost of `7.5 crore, sponsored by the Ramco Cement management. The ceremony included Kumbhabhishekam and Maha Samprokshanam, during which both ministers participated in special prayers and rituals alongside devotees.
As part of the traditional proceedings, temple priests blessed the ministers and presented them with Sesha Vastram and Veda Ashirvachanam. Ramco Cement chairman P.R. Venkatrama Raja along with local NDA leaders, party workers and devotees also participated in the programme.
