RPF Rescues Passenger Trapped At Adoni Station
RPF assistant sub-inspector Rajendra Prasad, who noticed the incident, immediately raised an alarm and alerted the passengers.

Kurnool: The Railway Protection Force (RPF) staff has rescued a passenger from a train accident late on Friday. The youth, identified as Devendra from the Tungabhadra railway station area in the Mantralayam constituency, works at a hotel in Adoni town. After finishing his work at the hotel on Friday night, Devendra reached Adoni railway station around midnight to return to his native village. While trying to board a train, he slipped and was caught between the train’s undercarriage and the platform. RPF assistant sub-inspector Rajendra Prasad, who noticed the incident, immediately raised an alarm and alerted the passengers. He informed the railway officials, and the train was stopped in time, and Devendra was pulled out safely . As Devendra suffered minor injuries, he was given first aid and later shifted to Adoni Government General Hospital for further treatment. His family members were later informed about the incident.
