Kakinada: In-charge Collector of East Godavari district Y. Megha Swaroop said on Sunday that Revenue Clinics, along with the Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS), would be held on Monday to address land-related issues.
She said the clinics would be organised at the Collector’s office and instructed deputy tahsildars to attend, particularly in view of the ongoing distribution of pattadar passbooks. Officials attending the clinics were asked to bring laptops and relevant revenue records to enable on-the-spot resolution of grievances.
The collector said farmers could register their complaints through the meekosam.ap.gov.in portal and track their status by calling the toll-free number 1100. She added that nearly 700 services are available through the WhatsApp governance platform Mana Mithra.
