Ram Kumar Reddy said he would continue to remain accessible to the people of Venkatagiri and work among them until the next elections

NELLORE: YSRC Venkatagiri Assembly constituency in-charge Nedurumalli Ram Kumar Reddy on Saturday dismissed speculation over his political future, asserting that he would contest only from the Venkatagiri Assembly constituency in the 2029 elections.
Addressing party leaders and workers at Venkatagiri, Ram Kumar Reddy said reports that he would contest as an MP candidate or shift to another constituency were part of a “mind game” by some individuals.
“There is no need for any confusion. I will be the YSRC candidate from Venkatagiri in 2029,” he said.
He stressed the need for discipline within the party and warned that strict action would be taken against those acting as “coverts” while remaining in the party.
Ram Kumar Reddy said he would continue to remain accessible to the people of Venkatagiri and work among them until the next elections.
Expressing confidence, he said he would contest the 2029 Assembly election from the constituency and secure victory with a massive majority.
