Raghurama Krishna Raju withdraws plea from SC, to move HC for Jagan's bail cancellation

Deputy Speaker Raghurama Krishna Raju, who had previously approached the Supreme Court regarding delays in the assets case of YSRC chief and former chief minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, sought to cancel Jagan’s bail.
Hyderabad: Deputy Speaker Raghurama Krishna Raju, who had previously approached the Supreme Court regarding delays in the assets case of YSRC chief and former chief minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, sought to cancel Jagan’s bail.
However, the Supreme Court stated that it was unnecessary to approach it for bail cancellation. Following this, Raghurama's advocate announced the decision to withdraw the case from the Supreme Court and pursue the matter in the High Court.
The bench led by Justice B.V. Naga Ratna granted permission for the withdrawal and agreed to the appeal to move the case to the High Court.
