BJP MLC Veer Raju has said Prime Minister Narendra Modi might spring more surprises after the ceasefire decision.

Visakhapatnam: BJP MLC Veer Raju has said Prime Minister Narendra Modi might spring more surprises after the ceasefire decision.
"We never said the conflict with Pakistan has ended. The full story is yet to unfold. Action will be taken at the right time," he told the media here on Wednesday.
He refused to confirm or deny whether former YSRC MP Vijaya Sai Reddy would join the BJP. Asked about such rumours, Veer Raju expressed frustration over “a double standard in political discourse.”
"In the past, both YSRC and TDP gave ministerial positions to those who joined their parties. Why are questions being raised now when someone might join our party," he asked.
The BJP MLC said he had no specific information about Vijaya Sai Reddy's intentions. He criticized certain political figures whom he described as "rented microphones" rather than true patriots. He said some elements are attempting to undermine India's secular framework for political gain.
"Prime Minister Modi has everything in mind and always knows the appropriate course of action," he said.
