Pawan Kalyan Warns Officials Against Delays in Scheme Implementation
He sought detailed updates on the progress of works and questioned officials about delays.

Visakhapatnam:Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan on Friday warned officials of strict action if they failed to implement government schemes or caused delays in execution.
Reviewing the functioning of the Panchayat Raj, rural development and water supply, forest and environment departments in Visakhapatnam, he said the alliance government was committed to delivering results to the people who had voted it to power. He asserted that officials must work sincerely to ensure government policies and welfare schemes reached beneficiaries on time.
The Deputy Chief Minister reviewed the implementation of Palle Panduga phases I and II, Adavi Thalli Bata and the Jal Jeevan Mission across the State. He sought detailed updates on the progress of works and questioned officials about delays.
Issuing a clear warning, Pawan said disciplinary action would be initiated against officials who failed to implement schemes, misused funds or neglected work schedules.
He also held a separate review with representatives of industries and the Pollution Control Board, directing industrial units to regulate pollution and comply strictly with environmental norms.
