Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan stated that Jana Sena is currently the second-largest party in the state. "Opposition status is granted by the people's mandate. How can a party with just 11 seats claim the status of the opposition?" he questioned.
Emphasising the importance of legislative participation, Kalyan urged leaders to attend Assembly sessions and address public issues. He also noted that the Speaker had shown due respect to YSRC members.
Meanwhile the BAC has decided to hold the Assembly for 15 days.
