Officials Led by Minister Narayana Visit London to Study Tourism Projects
The officials also visited a power station which was developed as a world famous tourism resort.

Vijayawada: A team of officials, led by minister for municipal administration P. Narayana, visited London to study tourism projects and an international sports city to develop in AP’s capital city Amaravati.
The team of officials met City of London Corporation Planning and Development director Gywn Richards on Monday and were briefed on London’s master plan, development plans and transport facilities. The officials also visited a power station which was developed as a world famous tourism resort.
As the state government in principle agreed to set up a similar facility of a 135 metre tall cantilevered observation wheel on London’s South Block on the banks of River Krishna in Amaravati too, the officials visited it and enquired about its functioning. The team also visited several tourism projects located along the banks of River Thames.
