An NRI family belonging to Parvatipuram went missing in Nepal floods. Subhash Chandra Sahoo, a resident of Panda Street in Parvatipuram, has three sons. The eldest of the three, Santosh Kumar Sahoo, 47, his wife Surabhi, 43, son Spandan, 18, daughter Saina Sahoo, 13, settled in London 20 years ago.
Recently, the family went to Mansarovar Yatra from London via Nepal. While travelling on a bridge, their vehicle was engulfed in the floodwater and they remained untraceable.
The guide who helped Santosh's family tour Nepal informed about the incident to Santosh's relatives in India. At present, Santosh's parents are living with Murali Sahoo in South Africa.
