Nonagenarian Seeks Collector’s Intervention in Family Property Dispute
Citing her advanced age, health issues and lack of support, Padmavathamma appealed to the district administration to restore her share in accordance with the law.

Kurnool:A 90-year-old woman approached the Kurnool district administration on Monday, seeking intervention to secure her share in a family property dispute.
D. Padmavathamma, a resident of Devanabanda village in Pattikonda mandal, submitted a representation to District Collector Dr A. Siri, alleging that she had been deprived of her rightful share in the family property.
In her petition, she stated that after the death of her husband, she had distributed portions of the family property among her three sons. However, she alleged that her share had not been returned to her.
