Nod For Machilipatnam-Kurnool Tri-Weekly Train
Railways has approved a new tri-weekly Machilipatnam-Kurnool City Express via Vijayawada, covering 499 km and improving connectivity across Andhra Pradesh.
The Indian Railways has approved a new tri-weekly train service between Machilipatnam and Kurnool City via Vijayawada, providing additional connectivity between coastal and central parts of Andhra Pradesh.
According to the Union ministry of Railways, the Machilipatnam-Kurnool City Express will cover 499 km. It will depart Machilipatnam at 16:55 and reach Kurnool City at 05:45 the next day. The return train will leave Kurnool City at 09:30 and reach Machilipatnam at 21:35 the same day.
The Machilipatnam-Kurnool City Express will operate on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, while the return service will run on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
The train will stop at Gudivada, Vijayawada, Narasaraopeta, Vinukonda, Donakonda, Markapur Road, Cumbum, Giddalur, Diguvametta, Nandyal, Betamcherla and Dhone.
