No Entry Into Srisailam From 9 a.m. To 2 p.m. Today Over PM’s Visit
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to the Srisailam Temple in Nandyal district on Thursday, temporary traffic restrictions have been imposed on roads leading to Srisailam.

Kurnool: In view of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to the Srisailam Temple in Nandyal district on Thursday, temporary traffic restrictions have been imposed on roads leading to Srisailam.
District collector G. Rajakumari and SP Suneel Sheoran said as part of the security arrangements, vehicles will not be allowed to travel towards Srisailam from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday.
Devotees traveling from Hyderabad or via the Dornala route have been advised to adjust their travel plans accordingly.
Authorities have requested the public to strictly follow police instructions and guidelines to avoid inconvenience. Normal traffic movement will resume soon after the Prime Minister’s visit.
Traffic diversions over PM’s visit to affect travel in Kurnool

Kurnool: In view of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Kurnool on Thursday, traffic diversions have been put in place from morning to evening to ensure smooth movement of vehicles.
According to SP Vikrant Patil, vehicles from Kadapa to Hyderabad via Kurnool will be diverted through Panyam, Gadivemula, Midthur, Brahmanakotkur, Kollabavapuram, Pooduru, Alampur Bridge, and Alampur Chowrasta. Vehicles from Kadapa to Kurnool will be channelled through Panyam, Midthur, Nandikotkur, Kollabavapuram, Pooduru, Alampur Bridge and Alampur Chowrasta.
Traffic from Nandyal to Bengaluru will move via Panyam, Banaganapalle, N. Racherla, Dhone, and Bengaluru. Vehicles from Srisailam to Kurnool will go from Atmakur to Anantapur via Panyam, Banaganapalle, N. Racherla, Dhone, and Anantapur, while those from Atmakur to Bellary will go via Brahmanakotkur, Kollabavapuram, Pooduru, Alampur Bridge and Alampur Chowrasta, Shantinagar, and Bellary.
Vehicles from Anantapur to Hyderabad will take the Gooty, Jonnagiri, Tuggali, Pathikonda and Adoni areas. Transport from Anantapur to Nandyal will go via Peapully, N. Racherla, Banaganapalle, Panyam and Nandyal.
Vehicles from Nandyal to Kurnool will be diverted via Tammarajupalle, Betamcherla, Dhone, and Kurnool. Vehicles from Orvakal to Hyderabad will go via Kannamadakala, Choutukuru, Kadumuru, Midthur and Nandikotkur.
Trucks and heavy vehicles will not be allowed in several areas from 8 am. to 9 pm until the Prime Minister’s programme concludes.
Kurnool SP has requested all travellers to follow the traffic diversions and cooperate with police to avoid inconvenience.
Left parties stage anti-PM protest
Kurnool: Left party leaders organised a “Modi Go Back” rally and demonstrations in Kurnool and Nandyal on Wednesday.
CPM state secretary V. Srinivasa Rao pointed out that the government had previously imposed a GST burden of ₹55 lakh crore on the people. The recent reductions are minimal in comparison.
In Nandyal, left activists marched from the Market Yard to Gandhi Chowk, where they staged a protest. When police started detaining the leaders of CPI, AISF, AIYF and AP Mahila Samakhya they raised slogans against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
