Nellore Bus-Lorry Collision: Driver Killed, 16 Injured

The accident occurred while the bus was travelling from Tirupati towards Vijayawada. There were around 30 passengers on board at the time of the accident.

Nellore: A private travels bus collided with a lorry on the flyover near Gurivindapudi X Roads on the Manubolu National Highway in Nellore district, leaving the bus driver dead and several passengers injured.
The accident occurred while the bus was travelling from Tirupati towards Vijayawada. There were around 30 passengers on board at the time of the accident.
The impact was severe, leaving the front portion of the bus completely mangled. The driver died in the accident, while a woman sustained serious injuries and 15 others suffered minor injuries.
The injured were shifted to the Nellore Government General Hospital for treatment. Police reached the spot and launched an investigation to ascertain the exact cause of the accident.
