Mangalagiri: Nara Lokesh, minister and Telugu Desam (TD) general secretary, convened a meeting with the conveners and co-conveners of the Mahanadu committees at the TD national office in Mangalagiri on Wednesday prior to the Politburo meeting. The meeting focused on reviewing the preparations for the upcoming Mahanadu.
Lokesh emphasised the importance of conducting the Mahanadu in a festive atmosphere, a tradition established since the time of party founder, NTR. He highlighted the party's commitment to holding the event regardless of its political standing, having done so during both challenging periods and times of power.
"Following our historic electoral victory, achieving an unprecedented majority, we are determined to ensure a seamless and successful Mahanadu," Lokesh stated. He specifically instructed the committee members to make meticulous arrangements for the event in Kadapa, ensuring a smooth and trouble-free experience for all attendees.
