Nara Lokesh Invites AirTrunk to Set Up Data Center Campus in Andhra Pradesh

Proposes Visakhapatnam as India’s AI and hyperscale infrastructure hub

Andhra Pradesh IT and Industries Minister Nara Lokesh held a meeting with Robin Khuda, CEO of AirTrunk, one of the world’s leading hyperscale data center companies, to discuss investment opportunities in the state.

During the meeting, Lokesh outlined the state government’s vision to develop 6 GW of data center capacity in Visakhapatnam and position the city as India’s premier hub for artificial intelligence and hyperscale infrastructure.

He invited AirTrunk to establish its future India campus in Andhra Pradesh, highlighting the state’s infrastructure potential and investor-friendly policies.

Lokesh expressed optimism about strengthening engagement with AirTrunk as the company expands its presence in India.
