Naidu Neglecting Unemployed, Targeting Officials: YSRC
The recent Group-2 exam fiasco, which was marked by last-minute postponements and irregularities, further exposed the government’s incompetence - YSRC spokesperson Yanamala Nagarjuna Yadav

VIJAYAWADA: YSRC spokesperson Yanamala Nagarjuna Yadav criticised Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for neglecting the unemployed in the state and fostering a culture of examination irregularities. He emphasised the government’s failure to act on 21 job notifications issued by the previous government, leaving 8.5 lakh aspirants in limbo. He accused the TDP-led government of failing to fill even a single vacancy and abolishing jobs created by Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy who provided 6.31 lakh jobs that earned national acclaim.
Nagarjuna condemned the government’s mishandling of exams, citing rampant paper leaks, including those affecting Class X, B.Ed and semester exams, in the Naidu’s adminstration. He contrasted this with Jagan’s administration, which conducted 78 APPSC notifications, filling 6,296 posts without leaks, as recognised by a Central government study. The recent Group-2 exam fiasco, which was marked by last-minute postponements and irregularities, further exposed the government’s incompetence.
Nagarjuna urged Naidu to adopt Jagan’s transparent governance model, complete pending notifications and stop targeting officials. “The coalition government in the state must end its deceitful tactics and prioritise the unemployed,” he demanded, calling for fair recruitment and an end to vindictive politics.
