Naidu Invites Investments, Says State Focusing On Speed Of Doing Biz
Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday invited domestic and foreign investors to invest in the state, saying the government is now focusing on improving the speed of doing business.

New Delhi: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday invited domestic and foreign investors to invest in the state, saying the government is now focusing on improving the "speed of doing business". Addressing the curtain-raiser event of CII's Partnership Summit, he said huge investments are coming into the state in different sectors like technology, green energy and petrochemicals. The summit is being organised on November 12-13 in Visakhapatnam.
"Our aim is we wanted to promote more and more entrepreneurs. From sixth class onwards, I want to introduce entrepreneurial skills in curriculum. And also AI in curriculum. So that, from elementary school education onwards, we want to promote more and more people on this. One example I'm giving you, in Andhra Pradesh, DWCRA women, this is self-help organisation. 1 crore 10 million women are working. 10 million women, by saving, they are having Rs 30,000 crore corpus. If they invest that Rs 30,000 crore, they can go up to Rs 2 lakh crore investment. We are integrating Swayam brand, they are producing common brand, just like Amul. We want to go in a big way industrialisation, micro-entrepreneurs, and common brand, and global market, these are all various areas we are working in that direction, " he said.
