Hyderabad: A woman hailing from Vedullavalasa village in Amadalavalasa mandal in Srikakulam district was found dead under suspicious circumstances in Muscat, Oman.

The woman identified as Nagamani had been working in Muscat for the past four years. Her family was shocked to know about her sudden death. Suspecting a foul play into the death of Nagamani, her mother Sarojini urged officials to conduct a detailed probe to know the exact reasons behind the incident.
Nagamani’s family members approached the senior officials in Srikakulam to bring the body at the earliest. The Indian Embassy in Muscat and the Andhra Pradesh government are making necessary arrangements to bring the body of Nagamani to her native village.
