MSME Summit Seals Key Pacts to Boost Startups, Exports

Vijayawada:The MSME Growth Summit 2026, aiming to strengthen the MSME ecosystem in Andhra Pradesh, witnessed the signing of several strategic pacts with leading firms Meta Platforms, Amazon and Zoho Corporation in the presence of the chief minister here on Monday.
The Andhra Pradesh MSME Development Corporation also launched initiatives aimed at accelerating startup growth, digital transformation and exports.
Simultaneously, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu laid the foundations for 38 new MSME parks across the state.
As part of the summit, Rural Smart Village centres developed under RTIH were inaugurated in Mangalagiri, Pithapuram and Kuppam on a pilot basis. These centres are expected to function as incubation hubs in rural areas.
Kia India partnered with RTIH to establish an advanced prototyping innovation centre equipped with high-end precision manufacturing facilities to support startups.
Meanwhile, Small Industries Development Bank of India announced a `20-crore seed fund programme for deep-tech startups in collaboration with RTIH.
The MSME development corporation and the IT department signed an agreement to establish 50 Digital Transformation Facilitation Centres in colleges as part of a digital maturity assessment programme targeting one lakh MSMEs. ESSL will conduct energy and water audits in 1,000 MSMEs and diagnostic studies in MSME clusters
The state also plans to implement a Rs 200-crore cluster development programme expected to benefit 750 MSMEs and generate employment for 3,125 people. Entrepreneurship training will also be provided to differently-abled youth.
To enhance global market access, the corporation entered into agreements with Amazon Global Selling for exports, Aramex for cross-border logistics support, and Vodafone Idea Business Services and Zoho Corporation for digital readiness and transformation of MSMEs.
The Quality Council of India will support quality certification and global standards compliance, while Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority will assist MSMEs in pension and social security implementation.
Ministers Kondapalli Srinivas, TG Bharat and DBV Swamy, along with senior officials and industry representatives, attended the summit.
