VIJAYAWADA: The Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce & Industry Federation (AP Chambers) welcomed the recommendations of the Task Force on Economic Development for Swarna Andhra Pradesh @2047, particularly the focus on strengthening the MSME sector.
AP Chambers president Potluri Bhaskara Rao and general secretary B. Raja Sekhar said the Chambers had long advocated sector-specific cluster development, IT/AI hubs in Amaravati, plug-and-play industrial parks, and facilities for food processing and electronics industries—many of which now appear in the Task Force’s vision.

He recommended providing financial aid to MSMEs during natural disasters via insurance schemes like those in Tamil Nadu. He also urged the government to clear long-pending incentive dues and ensure timely disbursal of future incentives to keep MSMEs financially stable and growth-ready.
