Modi, Naidu Hails ISRO For LVM3-M6 Launch

NELLORE: The successful launch of the LVM3-M6 heavy-lift rocket from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota, on Wednesday drew congratulatory messages from national and state leaders.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in a post on X, said the mission highlighted the reliability of the LVM3 launch vehicle and laid a strong foundation for future missions, including Gaganyaan. He noted that India is expanding its commercial launch services through global partnerships, strengthening self-reliance and inspiring future generations.
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu congratulated the isro team, stating that the rocket precisely placed the US communication satellite BlueBird Block-2 into its designated orbit. He said the mission marked the launch of the heaviest satellite ever from Indian soil, reinforcing India’s growing capabilities in the global commercial space sector.
IT and education minister Nara Lokesh also hailed the launch as a major milestone, saying it showcased India’s rising stature as a reliable commercial launch partner, and wished isro continued success in future missions.
