MLA Seeks Speedy Probe Into Murder Of TD Leader

Nellore: Udayagiri MLA Kakarlapudi Suresh on Thursday visited the family of Telugu Desam leader Gottipati Prasad Naidu, who was murdered on Wednesday in Chintalapalem village of Gattupalli. The MLA met the bereaved family at the Kavali Area Hospital mortuary, where the victim’s body had been shifted for post-mortem.
Expressing shock over the killing, Suresh assured the family of his full support and promised to stand by them until justice is delivered. He condemned the murder in strong terms and said the culprits would not be spared under any circumstances.
Later, the MLA inspected the crime scene along with police officials and spoke to local residents to gather information. He urged the police to expedite the probe, give special attention to the case, and ensure the swift arrest of those responsible.
Suresh reiterated his commitment to support the family until stringent action is taken against the perpetrators.
